Co2 Laser Cutting
With our "state of the art" Co2 Lasers, Technical Laser Services offers the most versatile and accurate cutting technology available for sheet metal. In fact, our Co2 lasers are the most accurate in the world providing cutting tolerances of ±0.002" (±0.050mm) in a wide range of materials up to .50" (12.7mm) thickness. Further, our new internal production system allows Technical Laser Services to offer rapid turn-around of production parts or prototype work with quality assurance integrated throughout the production process. CNC Punch Press
To compliment our laser cutting capabilities we also integrate three innovative CNC Punch Presses capable of 900 hits per minute! The hydraulic punching head can rotate 360 degrees which makes any tool capable of punching at any angle and with automatic parts removal, makes it one of the most versatile and fastest punching machines available.

ACB (Automatically Controlled Bending)
The ACB angle sensor measures and regulates during the bending process.The system automatically compensates for the springback angle, which varies with the material, assuring that every angle is correct from the start.
